First Journal entry. I am going to use this blog moving forward versus my written journals. I still enter in the written journals from time to time, but I will be using the Blog mostly. My writing has never been easy to read. I will be able to share my thoughts more comprehensively, my thoughts via writing, images, and Internet links.I’m excited. I do enjoy writing and sharing my thoughts with others. I think this technique, rather new to all, is the next step to a greater world consciousness born by each individual, for ever thinking person to add their knowledge to the world. The power of the old collective being diffused by individual thought.Well, here I am in Bakersfield, my home, setting in my favorite lounge chair, enjoying a beautiful morning. Clear, blue sky, cool. Listening to Moonshadow (Grey Canary) sing.

I’m starting to read Depth Psychology by Erich Newmann. Very interesting points about acknowlegding wholeness, light and shadows, and the new ethic versus the old -

New (Gnosticor Episteme )

Recognition of Wholeness, light and darkness, the role each individual has in promoting mankind.

Old (religious based)

Eastern (Buddha) being a withdrawal to non-consciousness, non-acting, and the Western (Christian/Islam) proving itself incapable of mastering the destuctive forces in man.

Today I’ll be working at Chevron, my hire for pay job as an automation engineer. I’ll be see Angeline, my love, for Lunch, and preparing for our weekend trip to Utah to visit her sister Irene and generally have a fun time touring Zion and Vegas.

I’m also going to began framing a new book I am going to write.
