October 19 – Morality
Basic Morality means a person knowing right from wrong. You must determine this for yourself. Simple.
Consider the little energy needed to do what is right, and the great energy needed to do what is wrong. Right comes from the quiet, meditative mind, wrong from a mind consumed in randomness and turmoil.
Taking action on what you know to be right will in deed lead to joy, and acting on what you know is wrong will in deed lead to sorrow. The principle of cause and effect is alway present.
To do right, to live in joy, simple let yourself connect with gods energy, with the universe wholly, by letting go of the self, being quiet.
To do wrong, to live is sorrow, disconnect from God. Sorrow takes great energy – great energy is needed to disconnect from god.
Ah yes, there are a few who truly live in realm of no morality, where neither right or wrong exist. Here, sorrow and joy exists, but both as transients, as whimes. This is where my dog lives.
The moral choice is simple. Do what is right and Gods glorious gift, endless joy, in deed will be yours. Do what is wrong, and in deed sorrow will be yours. Do nothing, and live like a dog.
Many people are afraid to empty their minds, become quiet, lest they may plung into the void. They do not know their own mind is the void.
Resolve to do what you ought. Do what you ought without fail.
